I'm no stranger to depression and anxiety. There have been times in my life when the stresses and strains have caught up with me, forcing me to reexamine my faith and my goals. These periods of life in the shadows have generally seemed worth the pain. I was pushed toward resources that I doubt I would have discovered any other way.
