The National Lloyds Building is at the corner of 9th and Austin in Waco. Parking is located on Franklin at 9th, catty-corner to the building. Enter at the front doors on Austin.   I'm in Suite 501.  You can take the elevators.  If you prefer the stairs, then go past the elevators, turn right and you come to the stairwell. Restrooms are in the stairwell, with men's and women's alternating floors.  The 3rd floor has a women's restroom, so the men's are on 2nd and 4th.
