You may set an appointment through my secure online calendar. Before making an appointment, please carefully read my policies information.
Here are the instructions for setting an appointment:
Go to www.therapyappointment.com. On the left hand side there will be a list of choices for logging in. If you are comfortable working with sites like this one, then you probably won't need the rest of these written instructions, but the following will help if you are not quite sure how it works.
Choose "Set Appointment with Therapist."
Click on the letter "E" and select Dr. Eades. You have the choice to either "Display Available Appointments," "Register as a New Patient" or "Login" (At this point, displaying the available appointments will only give you the overview of Dr Eades’ schedule--you cannot chose an appointment from this screen.)
Click the "Register as a New Patient" option and then enter all of the information requested. If we will be filing insurance, then enter the info for the person on whom we'll be submitting.
After Submitting this information, you can go to the previous page and "Login."
Choose your appointment time. You can chose your appointment time by clicking on the "View" button on the date you are interested in scheduling. Keep in mind, if you are trying to schedule an appointment within 24 hours, you MUST email (wmeades@gmail.com) or call (254-498-7176) Dr. Eades to confirm availability.
I also recommend that clients do the following:
Take the Enneagram Personality Inventory by clicking here. You may either email me the results by cutting/pasting into an email or by printing the results out and bringing them to the office.. For more info on the Enneagram, click here.
Read The Authentic Self. This is a series of 4 lessons by Burt Burleson, the chaplain at Baylor University. In these brief lessons Burt describes the concepts of "small self" and "Authentic Self," which have a long history in the area of spirituality. I have found these concepts to be very helpful to my clients was we discuss the various challenges they bring to me. This is recommended reading for all my clients.
If seeking help for your marriage, please read these four blog posts on marriage. This should give you some idea about how I try to help couples think about marriage.
